Daily Registration:
The daily registration fee is HK$ 700 per day. Applications received on or before October 30, 2016 will be qualified for an early bird rate of HK$ 600 per day. Daily registration will include only coffee breaks. One full day attendance is designed for one CPD day. Attendance certificate will be provided after the event.

Please be noted that the maximum quota of daily registration delegates on each day is 100, because of the limited availability of symposium venue seats.

 Online Registration and Payment for
Technical visit

Please select and click the above suitable Online Registration and Payment link(s) and do the following steps.
 

Step 1:

Click “Register” for Registration and Payment Web Page
 

Step 2:

After having filled the Registration Form under the Registration and Payment Web Page, please click “submit”.
 

Step 3:

After having clicking “submit”, a new window will show up for you to conduct the online payment with Credit Card.
 

Step 4:

Conduct and complete the online payment with your credit card, as instructed below.
 

Credit Card (Visa/MasterCard or UnionPay) Please follow the instructions on the online registration form. Registrants can choose to pay immediately or later after registration.
If choose to pay later, please click on the registration link in the acknowledgement email and the tab box "Pay Online" on the right of the registration form to proceed payment.

The transaction will take a while and please wait unit the transaction is successful before leaving the webpage. After the payment is completed, an email of 'Payment received' will be sent to the registered email automatically.
 

Other method for payment : Conduct the payment by your Cross Cheque, as instructed below. If you have done the online payment, this step is not needed to you.

Cross Cheque The cheque should made payable to "The University of Hong Kong". Please send the payment together with the completed online registration form to the following address:
